At the moment of your arrival we will ask you to measure your body temperature with our infrared thermometer, and if it will be above 37°C we will ask you to make a rapid COVID-19 swab that we will provide you with a cost of 15.00 euros.
Wearing masks is compulsory in all the areas of the hotel. If you forget it in your room our staff will provide you with a new one.
We have installed hand sanitizers distributors at the reception, the restaurant, and the wellness area. Please sanitize your hands whenever you access these areas.
From 1 April 2022, you will be able to access the hotel and all internal areas, the gym, the indoor pool, and the SPA without the green pass or super green pass. The use of the Turkish bath is excluded from the wellness path, as required by current government indications. To make the section in the gym and inside the wellness center more pleasant, you will be provided, in addition to towels, also a 500 ml bottle of water.
Our SPA is equipped with an air ozone disinfection system.
The rooms are sanitized daily with a spray disinfectant for surfaces and medical devices.
We provide all our staff with personal protective equipment and a weekly rapid swab.
The restaurant has an access limited to 70 people at a time, we guarantee you 2-meter distance between the tables inside, and 1.5- meter distance outside. Inside, it is allowed a maximum of 4 people per table, if not cohabiting.
Only packaged, single portion, or hermetically covered products will be available at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast will still include other options that you can order from our menu.
Children can play in the indoor playroom. Only the parents have the green pass can access. Otherwise, they can monitor their children through the cameras in the games room.
